Starting July 1, 2022, you are guaranteed health coverage for 12 months after your pregnancy ends as long as you tell Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid program) or Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) you are pregnant.
Update your profile today! Tell Health First Colorado or CHP+ you are pregnant in a way that’s easy for you:
- Visit CO.gov/PEAK. If you don’t have a PEAK account, you can create one at CO.gov/PEAK.
- Use the Health First Colorado app on your phone. This free app is for Health First Colorado and CHP+ members.
- CHP+ members can call 800-359-1991 (State Relay: 711). Help is available in multiple languages.
