Medical Assistance Payment Options
For your convenience, we offer three options to make a Health First Colorado Buy-In Program premium payment, or to pay an enrollment fee for the Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+).
Online
If you have a PEAK account, visit colorado.gov/PEAK and sign in. Then click on Payments on the left side of the page. Get more information about paying online.
To make a premium payment for a Health First Colorado Buy-In Program, mail a check or money order made out to the Department of Health Care Policy & Financing to P.O. Box 5010, Denver CO 80217-5010. Please include your State ID or case number on your payment.
If you need to pay your Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) enrollment fee, mail a check or money order made out to the Department of Health Care Policy & Financing to P.O. Box 17548, Denver CO 80217-0548. Please include your case number on your payment.
Drop-Off
You also can drop off a check or money order at 655 Bannock Street, Denver CO 80204. Please include your case number on your payment. Please note: Cash or credit/debit cards are not accepted.
